Below is a summary in English for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

Website

This is a static website hosted on statichost.eu (Sweden, EU). Server log files (IP address, browser type, access time) are stored for up to 30 days for security purposes, then deleted or anonymized. No cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics services are used beyond what is technically necessary.

Elmar.tax software

When deployed within your infrastructure, Elmar.tax processes tax data locally. All data remains within your environment:

• No telemetry — Elmar.tax does not send usage data, analytics, or diagnostics to any external service.
• No external calls — the only outbound connections are to official ELSTER tax authority servers, initiated by the ERiC library during tax submissions.
• Certificates and tax data remain entirely within your infrastructure.
